  • Business getaway charters

Our services are contingent on availability and prevailing weather conditions. We maintain the authority to alter or cease services as necessary.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For a charter reservation, you are required to:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide true and complete information
  • Remit the necessary deposit as outlined in your reservation confirmation
  • Concur with these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your charter is only deemed confirmed upon the successful processing of your payment and our subsequent written confirmation. We retain the discretion to deny service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is dependent on the scheduling of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We will strive to accommodate your requested dates and times to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All rates are expressed in € and incorporate all applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the overall cost of the charter is required at the time of booking.
  • Balance: Required 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the charter.
  • Any additional fees: To be settled after the charter concludes.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payments are processed using secure encryption methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursement excluding processing charges
  • Within 24-72 hours of departure: 50% repayment
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No repayment

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the event that weather conditions are considered unsafe by our captain, we will propose:

  • Rescheduling the charter at no extra cost to another suitable date
  • A full refund if rescheduling cannot be accommodated

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be any mechanical failures with the designated yacht, we will try to provide an appropriate replacement. Should no substitute be available, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

  • Heed all directions given by the crew
  • Use the provided safety gear when deemed necessary
  • Disclose any medical conditions that could impact their safety on board
  • Stay within the designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items listed below are prohibited on the yacht:

  • Glass bottles
  • Illicit materials
  • Weapons or guns
  • Overabundance of non-alcoholic drinks (beyond reasonable quantities)
  • Animals (unless previously approved)

6.3 Behavior

Passengers are required to behave responsibly. We hold the right to terminate a charter prematurely, without issuing a refund, if a passenger's conduct is threatening safety or diminishing the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our accountability is restricted to the charter fee paid by you. We are not liable for:

  • Injury sustained due to guest carelessness
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Inadvertent, resultant, or punitive loss
  • Delays occasioned by weather or other factors outside our control

7.2 Insurance Policies

We hold comprehensive marine insurance coverage for our fleet and operations. Charterers bear the responsibility for their personal travel and belongings insurance.

7.3 Risk Acceptance

Engaging in our yacht charters implies acknowledging and accepting the inherent risks associated with marine activities, for which you agree to take personal responsibility for your safety and security.

8. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to amend itineraries, paths, or schedules due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs. We will endeavor to ensure comparable alternative experiences are provided.

9. Force Majeure

We are not accountable for disruptions, delays, or alterations engendered by events beyond our control, including but not restricted to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural calamities
  • Regulatory stipulations
  • Closure of ports
  • Technical failures

10. Privacy and Data Usage

Your private information is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you consent to the gathering and application of your data as specified in our Privacy Policy.

11. Copyrights

Content on our website, such as text, imagery, brand marks, and other graphics, is subject to copyright and cannot be duplicated, disseminated, or reproduced without our express authorization.
